Your Role
As an Project Manager R&D, you will be responsible for leading development projects throughout the entire Product Development Process (PDP). You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery by balancing scope, time, cost, and quality.
You will:
- Lead medium and large R&D projects through the full PDP lifecycle
- Plan timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities with precision
- Ensure alignment between scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets
- Identify risks and proactively manage challenges to keep projects on track
- Foster strong collaboration and team engagement across functions
- Manage resources effectively to support project execution
- Report on project progress and ensure alignment with key stakeholders
Your Profile
We are looking for a confident and solution-oriented project manager with the ability to navigate complex technical environments and drive results.
Need to have:
- An MSc or BSc in Engineering, preferably within Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in industrial product development
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within R&D
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- A structured and goal-oriented approach
- Fluency in English (Swedish is considered a plus)
Nice to have:
- Experience from Siemens Energy or similar organizations
- Project management certification (PMP, IPMA, PM@Siemens or equivalent)
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Planview, or Primavera
- Proficiency in Office 365
