The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Country Controller for 3M Sweden, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading the accounting deliveries for 3M Svenska AB and Eknäs AB
- Ensuring financial compliance in deliverance of US GAAP and Swedish GAAP accounts
- Leading the Month-end close together with shared service center
- Collaborating with external service providers
- Internal and external reporting
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor, preferable master's in business administration or finance
- Proven experience with GAAP accounting or audit
- Experience with reporting and analytics
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience with SAP
- English and swedish language proficiency

Travel: May include up to 5% internationally
