About the role
Join our growing Tax & Treasury team at AniCura Group, where we oversee all financial aspects of our operations including banking, cash management, payment solutions, and loan facilities. As the Group Treasury Manager, you will lead our global treasury processes, providing crucial support to our markets and clinics following the future expansion of AniCura. For the right candidate this role has the potential to grow both within management and/or specialization. You will report to the Head of Tax & Treasury for the Group.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Manage and review M&A transactions and financing matters ensuring adherence to local legislation (thin cap) and in-house financing policies
- Review and manage the earnout structures and deferred payment arrangements
- Provide specialized support for project-specific financial requirements
- Ensure seamless I&B (Income & Balance) submissions
- Co-manage and drive the administration of investment processes
- Prepare and provide explanations to internal reporting of treasury figures to Mars on a quarterly basis
- Prepare and provide cash spend reports to Mars on a weekly basis, ensuring the appropriate funding is in place in a timely manner
- Cultivate strong relationships with external banking partners
- Drive and administer all internal and external financing initiatives with expertise
- Contribute to the smooth progression of statutory audit procedures
- Own and update the treasury policies as appropriate in line with legislation and directions from parent companies.
- Address ad hoc treasury requests with efficiency and precision
Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you possess a bachelor's degree in business or economics. You have over 8 years of relevant experience within corporate treasury in an international setting. You demonstrate strong project management, business acumen and negotiation skills, along with excellent communication abilities, and are capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and within different functions. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another European language is a plus.
